1 pound (450g) of veal cutlets, trimmed of fat
1/2 cup (120ml) of white wine
1/2 cup (120ml) of chicken or veal stock
1/2 cup (120ml) of heavy cream
2 tablespoons of flour
2 tablespoons of butter
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 bay leaf
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup (60ml) of parsley, chopped
1/4 cup (60ml) of lemon juice
1/4 cup (60ml) of tomato paste
